Returns & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns:

- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the Item – Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damage.
